Disassembly

Disassembly of the machine must be performed or supervised by qualified personnel (ยง1.6).

Because the machines are intended for many purposes, e-comer Srl provides only general guidelines for disassembly.

Please consider all disassembly guidelines provided by the operator or manufacturer of the complete system.

Generally, it is necessary to perform the following steps:

  1. Follow all safety rules in Section 2, especially the five safety rules for working on electrical components.
  2. Disconnect all electrical connections and remove all cables.
  3. Remove all fluids, such as lubricants and coolants. Collect fluids separately for disposal according to local regulations.
  4. Loosen the mechanical connections and disassemble the machine.
  5. Transport the machine to an appropriate place for further disassembly

The machine consists of very heavy parts that could fall off. Always transport the machine with the proper tools. Secure any part of the machine against falling. Wear appropriate safety equipment
