Grease

Grease is recommended for the motor-gearbox coupling, and in the mechanical brake pivot, recommended Mobilgear OGL 007

The values given are approximate and refer to normal use. In the case of intensive use, the values for routine maintenance should be halved; in the case of use in extreme temperature environments and in the presence of dust, the values should be reduced to one-third. It is the manufacturer's responsibility to adjust the values based on the specific application and available data.

Oil change

  1. With the machine level, first, remove the top cap (1) and then the bottom cap (2), collecting the oil in an appropriate container.

  1. Tighten the lower cap (torque 38Nm)

  1. Insert 0.25L of Mobilube 1 SHC 75W-90 oil

  1. Place the copper washer and screw on the oil plug (tightening torque 38Nm)
